As an affiliate we love our data feeds. Unfortunately, a typical data feed isn’t “plug and play” when it comes to SEO.
You have to switch it up, add your own text, re-write item descriptions and even add a few extra data fields (products country of origin, product availability, possible up-sells) “to make it your own”.
As a merchant, we must be sure that we don’t provide our affiliates an exact copy of our own data feed lest we are not recognized as the original source. That means like above, write a second feed with different item descriptions etc.
